In the literature, the marginal LCOE roughly doubles (from 370CNY/MWh to 760CNY/MWh) when the penetration of wind power, as the major generating technology, raises from 5 % to 85 % . Thus, it can be seen that the gradual manifestation of these implicit costs has forced PV costs to be redefined.
