Can a portable power station be charged with solar panels?

Westinghouse is a company mostly known for their gas generators, but recently they released a couple of portable power stations that can be charged with solar panels. Portable power stations usually mean that there is a lithium battery, an inverter (DC to AC), and a solar charge controller inside.

Can solar energy be used for energy storage?

Solar power can be used to create new fuels that can be stored and later used to provide energy. Existing compressed air energy storage systems often use the released air as part of a natural gas power cycle to produce electricity.
